Ok I shall try and list what I have done. Done the verify cache, reinstalled both TSW and Steam, removed my AVs etc, booted computer in safe mode with all services shut down except my internet connection, tried starting TSW in offline mode but, message popped up saying I had to go online which I did and got the same message server unreachable. Suggestion on Steam to delete all files in the Steam folder except the SteamApps folder and the Steam exe file and restart Steam. I have 56hrs playing TSW and haven't been able to use it since the last update. Been in contact with DTG support. Their last suggestion was to make an exception in my router for the game but, my ISP supplied NetCommWireless router does not have that feature. Have posted this on Steams support forum about a week a go and haven't heard anything from Steam. Other Steam games play including TS2017. I have another router which I may try later on today and see if that resolves the issue, which I don't think so. In the Steam link on my first post someone suggested to change your country on Steam which I did but that didn't work either. I even asked DTG to contact Steam for me on my behalf but, they said they cannot do that for Steam customers.
