from google translate
After a long waiting period I bring you the promised US modification that brings all diesel loco to all lines (except LIRR). Given that the electrified track is currently only one so could not be included in the list and ACS-64 (although as a non-functional loco I could easily throw it into some freight train formation, or even personally, with the main loco would be some diesel).
Completely unmodified is LIRR and M7 (though not quite, because I have re-configured the M7 configuration files for future DLC :)
Even though I tested the modification several times and because of that there was less delay, so it can still show some error. So far I only know about the mistake of SFJ, where various formations totally conjure with the main locomotive. As a result, instead of the selected locomotive from the menu, the locomotive is completely loaded. All of this can be due to how the formations in the given timetable are handled. E.g. in the morning, the main loco is different from then during the swapping day. The authors use the formation for the whole day. Your loco is loaded but it is somewhere else and the game has chosen something else for your set. The solution is, of course, to set the locomotive firmly, but it would then alternate with another locomotive and it would be quite a problem to occupy all diesel loco.
Installation is as simple as ever, just copy the .pak file to the DLC folder - more detailed in the enclosed readme.first.

Here's another attempt at a translation. With the big caveat that I know very little about how TSW's timetable mode works and I don't know if I'm using the terminology (services, consists, etc.) correctly.

After a long wait, here is the promised US mod, which allows you to run every diesel engine on any route (except LIRR). Because there is currently only one electrified route, it was not possible [it didn't make sense] to include the ACS-64 in the loco list (even though you could theoretically absolutely use it as a towed loco in a diesel-hauled consist).

Entirely without modification is the LIRR and the M7 (though I have set up configuration folders for the M7 for future DLC :)

I have tested the mod several times, due to which the release got delayed, but it may still have some bugs. Currently, I know only about a bug in SFJ, where various services perform magic with the main locomotive: the result of which is that, instead of the chosen locomotive from the menu, a completely different one is getting picked. This may be caused by how the services are being handled in the specific timetable. For example, in the morning the main loco is a different one that later in the day, when the change happens: [next three sentences are a very loose translation because I don't know if I understood this under-the-hood stuff correctly or not.] Authors may be using a certain service the whole day long. You loco gets loaded, but it is somewhere entirely different on the route and the game thus picks a different one for your consist. The solution is of course to set fixed locomotives, but it would then not swap them for other locos and would overall be a problem to include all of the diesel locos.

Installation is simple as usual: just copy the .pak into the DLC folder. For more details, please see readme.first
