Lighting still looks off in some of the shots, and certainly doesn’t look like California. Nice to see freight, and I hope there’s some switching - the Tees Valley yard shunting was fun. Also nice to see train numbers on the side of the F40PH and on the cab car, as well as a bicycle car placard on the front.

The windows of the gallery cars keep looking odd. Different shaders used?

No interior views of those strange gallery cars? Perhaps they are closed off for the player?

One would assume the product is finalised by now, and only packaging and manuals remain. Release in a week from now, but I still don't feel tempted to rush out and buy this DLC at once.

It isn't the models, they look nice enough when one oversees the omission of certain important details like Type F couplers, it is the game play that is so shallow and repetitive.

Gallery cars have full interiors and are completely accessible.

Looking forward to this, hopefully the 24 hour services include both the baby bullets and all-stop services.

I agree! Am going to wait and read the reviews before purchasing.

Have you looked at this? I used some of these adjustments and it made a big improvement in the game especially in brightness.

Here's a tip on sound improvement. Made a big difference in game-play.
A temp fix for the quiet sound
Seen quite a few say sound is low this is meant to help for temp fix until they sort it going to try this.

There is a temporary fix for the quiet sound. You can edit an .ini file to increase it.

Navigate to the folder
<mydocuments>\My Games\TS2Prototype\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
and open the file
GameUserSettings.ini

I have my settings as follows:

MasterSoundVolume=3.500000
MusicSoundVolume=1.500000
SFXSoundVolume=3.500000
AmbienceSoundVolume=2.500000
DialogueSoundVolume=1.500000
ExternalAlertVolume=1.500000
MenuSFXVolume=1.000000

You can play around with these to find something that suits you.
