So you're saying that someone who likes "flying the heavy iron" aka large jets can't cope with "complex autopilots"? I believe the autopilots in large jets are even more complex.
Quite funny really in a forum where Run8 is touted as the best thing since sliced bread as it's so realistic but a GA aircraft's autopilot is too complex.

Perhaps phrased incorrectly. There was no documentation or any instructions I could see for the autopilot when I first tested the game a year ago. ISTR the controls were also tiny, needing 25/20 vision to see what you were doing with no option to expand outward. And to refute your rather personal aside, as a matter of fact I cope quite nicely with autopilot in FSX, whether it's the FMC based in a Level D, the standard FS AP, or the old style knobs and dials on a 727 (the most fun!).
Not sure why you brought Run 8 into matters. Never mentioned it here or on any other forum. AFAIK other than having the AI drive your train there is no AP function in Run 8. (And it's not as complex as some might have you believe, the main challenge being remembering the somewhat non mnemonic keyboard commands).
Refund denied by Steam (no surprise there) despite the fact a company still actively trading have reneged on an early access promise, because it is no longer financially viable. I suspect I'm not the only shafted customer who will take that into account, when next deciding whether or not to buy one of their train sim products, in the future. :)
