Has anybody tried riding a AC4400 pulled Service as a passenger?

I did, and while in the cab the freeze still occured, however, but using a 2 or 3 view and admiring the scenery from high above, the service ran without mishap.
So could it be some in-cab script that runs AWOL after a while?

I just tried this and got a similar result. I agree - it's something running for control of the loco, maybe one of the visual elements of the displays inside has a problem.

Thanks for the confirmation. Flying along with your train gives you a chance to look at the scenery, which is quite detailed here and there.

No doubt there are start up parameters or keys to the UE4 engine to have it log events. Anybody know these, a la LogMate.exe in Railworks?
