Here are the items addressed in Build #64 (items from the previous update have been rolled into this build):

New Features

Keyboard Remapping is now supported, allowing you to remap keys as you wish.
You are now able to change the opacity of the centre dot using CTRL + 5 (0%, 50%, 100%).

Optimisation

This build contains a number of general optimisation improvements.
Optimised concurrency settings to engine audio.
Optimised concurrency of audio tracks being played because of running sounds.

Load/Save Issues

All major issues with Load/Save should now be resolved.

Rail Vehicles

The air brake system has been extensively overhauled and should now match the real world very closely.
Fixed the chain animation on the SD40-2 so that it now animates in sync with the brake cylinder.
The End of Train Device now flashes correctly.
Fixed the issue that prevented the AC4400CW from being shut down using the emergency cut-off switch.

Gameplay

Adjusted speed limits on two troublesome signals at Sand Patch Summit to resolve a number of speed limit related issues in scenarios.
The centre dot no longer reverts when using the map.
Addressed the final objectives in Cumberland Charge to improve the flow of the scenario.
Fixed the broken consist in Ice and Snow.
The Voice Over should now pause when the game is paused.

Audio

Track joint audio has been improved with additional mixing/filtering as per customer feedback.
Dynamic Brake audio has been improved with additional mixing/filtering as per customer feedback.
Compressor Pressure Relief Valve audio added to the AC4400CW as per customer feedback.
Fixed the road vehicle audio that would continue consuming system resources despite being out of range.

Known Issues
There are still some very minor, non-game breaking, issues remaining such as rain effects not being saved.

New issues for this update: the left, right, up and down arrows do not work for the external cameras as well as the numpad keys 1-9 do not work. ESC will not take you out of the 2D map you must toggle 9 to enter/exit. I am sure more will come. The recticle will not work at all for me.I am playing on max settings and I see a small drop in frame rates (about 5). Still major stuttering before an AI train passes ( 2-3, 3 second stutters about 5 seconds before a passing AI train except if pulling an autorack consist, go figure. The game looks washed out if starting a scenario or service during daylight. I don't know if they are using this effect to improve frame rates but it looks awful. I have been using color correction in NVIDIA control panel to make it look decent. It seems that DTG makes 3 steps forward and slips back 2. I am becoming very concerned about this. I guess that this could be considered a bit of an editorial. Other comments welcomed. Beat me up if I am incorrect in my assumptions.

I did the Cumberland Charge scenario and even finished it after starting from a save. The only issue I had is that the GP38-2 sound is the same in the cab and outside, wasn't like that in the pervious build. Had no issue with the 2D map as I use the 9 key to both enter and exit it, the same as TS2017. For moving around in the different views I use the mouse. Yes it still stutters when an AI train approaches.

I am noticing that the various sound glitches I would experience with my previous computer, like described above, are now gone with a more powerful machine. A 2nd gen i5 is below spec computer for the game. I don't think it's a programming issue to do with the update, it's more than likely the slow computer.

Have you tried remapping your keys for POV in the game settings that you can do now. I have no issues with the 2D map, have always used the 9 key to enter and exit it or by clicking over the Esc button icon with the mouse. No problems with the reticle. Use the Ctrl and the 5 key to increase it's brightness or turn it off.

I get a significant pause and brief stutter when AI train is loading. Very similar to how MSTS would behave when loading AI. But once AI is loaded, TSW runs smooth as silk.

I am thinking that TSW is not liking older gen processors at all.

It is not just older generation processors. I have an I7 6700K Skylake and I also have this distracting stuttering issue. I am convinced It is optimization. I am starting to think that this issue will not be solved but the minor bugs will be sorted out. One thing that I have noticed that the stuttering 3-4 times about 5-10 seconds before the AI passes does not seem to happen or is minimized when a string of autoracks is passing. I have not noticed if a string of tankcars will cause this stuttering.
