Poor Support

Poor Support

Unread postby cor726 » Mon Dec 12, 2016 9:51 am

I have to say I am pretty disappointed with missing the majority of the Beta. Never received the beta in steam submit a ticket and nothing.

One would think when your company puts out a beta for the next big sim that you would at least have some support available over the weekend for the 8 day Beta. Just finally got my key this morning even though the weekend was the only time I probably had. Probably should ask for my money back on the pioneers edition as I only bought those routes I will never play to get the beta.

Frustrating!!

Contrary to some folks' opinions, RWA is not DTG: you should send this message to them at http://dovetailgames.kayako.com/ .

I have been dealing with DTG for support. Was more curious if this was widespread or not.

Maybe I was the only one.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. My frustrations are not with RWA (Nor have they ever been)

They couldn't get me sorted for a day after launch either but oh well. Everyone's just human at the end of the day.

Welcome to the life of a beta tester, we're never happy. If you didn't rip much hair out you're doing good.

Seems like they have put out more than "some" support for the issues raised. As far as the game is concerned it is a nice preview for people that own certain routes. Nobody twisted your arm to get down and dirty into the bugs. *!twisted!*

Hi guys

Sorry if you feel the support is not as good as you want.
The forums are set up for us to gather as much feedback as possible and as the more users playing make it difficult.
Hopefully all your points get across to us and we can take them all on board.

best regards

Derek
