Railworks users! We're are very proud to announce the release date of the Phase II GP40-2s will be November 30th at 11:30pm CST! The pack will come with 3 separate skins. We'd also like to once again thank Searchlight Simulations for all of their help. Here are some screens to hold ya over until Thursday night!

3 Separate skins, are they all Union Pacific???

Are these being sold through their website Erik, do you know please, for us that don't have Facebook?

Its all union pacific skins.

The only thing about this unit that i dont like is that the unit cant be run as a DPU because of the scripting.

You won't find a real GP40-2 capable of DPU, either.

You won't find a real GP40-2 capable of DPU, either.

I remember having read somewhere in some magazine article long ago that SP had a handful of GP40-2s setup with Locotrol as both receiver and masters, the only equipped in this way given the number of GP40-2s built. Not sure where they would be used though, perhaps some of the tight radius lines out West or perhaps branch-lines that were still putting out decent tonnage for SP that SD's couldn't go. Nice work on these units, looking forward to using them.

Ah, that would be the GP40Xs if I recall correctly.
