Need help locating a Donner Pass texture replacement pack

Hello all,
I'm trying to find a Donner pass texture replacement pack that replaced the default textures of the locos and rolling stock from DP. The pack wasn't downloaded from the RWA Library, it was on a website you had to register on before you could download anything from, and I haven't found it in a days worth of searching online. I can't remember the name of the site for the life of me, all I know is it had a black background and it was a small forum. The only other help I can give are these pictures of the skins:
