I wonder if any member here has the Midden Nederlands route, now called 't Hart van Nederland, also now at version 8.1. It seems that the signal lights, and crossing gates, among other things, must be gotten from Coha.nl. I registered at Coha, a few years ago. That registration no longer works. I have re-applied to renew my registration, but have heard nothing from them for over a month. I have tried to get in touch with them an couple of times, with no response. If anyone here has the Coha assets needed, mainly, the signal lights, and, crossing gates. I wonder if perhaps, you could send it to me via e-mail?
