Not sure if this is where it should belong. Move if necessary.
An interesting site I stumbled upon while going through facebook:

This was the only information given about the package. However, there's probably more info on a trainz website since it is after all a trainz converted model.

I do like South America, they have some very interesting locomotives that I would like to see in TS. I wonder what these, and some other devs swapping from Trainz to TS, will do with TSW.

The package DDM45, ES43BBi and BB40-8 are officially for Trainz, I have friendship with producers. As far as I know the models do not work as Trainz should, and also looking to focus on the TS that seems to be working.
Other models in South America that are expected to produce are BB36-7, SD70ACe-BB, BB40-9WM, BB40-T3 and BB33-7.

I've purchased from a closely related group (RBR Trens) before - at that time they were only accepting Western Union - which was somewhat cumbersome; now they're accepting Paypal and creditcards.
I've just 'invested' R$ 35 (circa GBP 9) in the BB40-8M pack. So far, I have an acknowledgement from Paypal that my money has been received by Carlos Augusto Nicolucci; nothing yet from the sellers. Early days - this is probably an evenings & weekends occupation for them...
EDIT: Email response from Carlos Augusto (circa midnight GMT) provided MEGA download link and decryption key. Download and unzip accomplished without difficulty.
The problem with Brazilian stock - and it looks beautiful - is the lack of Brazilian route mileage. Railworks Brasil do have (at least) one route but it's only available to group members who have achieved a certain level of involvement on their forum - which leads to a large number of trivial posts from eager acolytes...
I'd be interested to hear of any South/Central American routes that can lawfully be acquired.
Kind regards,
John M

What I have gleaned so far...
General Remarks
These models of South American locomotives have simply-modelled cabs and Railworks-standard driving controls. They are not (shall we say) cutting edge, nor do they pretend to be. Their prices reflect this. They are original models of endemic locos that DTG is highly unlikely to give a passing glance.
Each pack has particular dependencies (as shown below in notes I have summarised from the read-me files). You will need the Kuju / RailSimulatorUS folder in every case.
The read-me files give advice on where to download copies of the packs depended upon. As well-heeled North Americans, you will bear in mind that Guto is catering for a relatively impoverished Brazilian market where copyright is widely ignored as an unaffordable luxury; you and I don't need these economic short cuts...
Free updates of Guto's packs are available for those who already own any of these products.
If you're interested in South American railways, these are a must-have!
