Developer of GP38-2 Low Hood - Who to Contact

It appears that the GP38-2 low hood was put out in 2013 by DTG. Are they in fact the developer or was it a third party?
I am interested in reaching out to them to discuss updating their unit to something useful for the Eastern part of the United States.

I would like to know who I can contact directly.

I have a requirement for the Norfolk Southern and Conrail versions to be created as DLC. I wish to coordinate with the developer to finalize a NS version of the Bergen with these units as a tie-in. The CR version would be bonus for Post-Transition Era Operations.
My preference is compatibility with the Steam software system. So that means DTG or 3rd Party affiliate.

Ah, that sucks, as they have CR GP40-2 phase 2s pretty much ready to go. I'm sure they don't want anything to do with DTG/Steam taking 2/3rds of sales.

I am sure they don't - that's why I am looking for the developer who already has the BNSF version online.

Lastly, thanks for the noting rrmod - they have stuff for Tane that really needs to be for Railworks! I downloaded their box car to check it out.

I did go to RRmods ... and got this swell TTX car. They do very nice work.

I have a few of their pieces now and they are by far the best models out there! Just have to watch out if you are on lower powered machines like me, you can't have a whole train of their cars or else it'll crash the game due to the high level of detail. I'd be willing to bet most desktop people will never have that problem though.
