Travel By Train/DTM Outstanding Customer Service!

I am not sure how DTM and Travel By Train tie into each other so I thought I would post it here.

My pc crashed and somehow the download of the great "EMD+GE Burlington Northern - Complete Edition Add-On" went missing.

I contacted them and they explained that they have a lifetime re-download policy and how to access those files.

Well something happened to the download in their system. It showed the purchase but the download was not listed.
They promptly issued a special code so I could download (and reestablish in their system) the same add-on for no charge.

I initially contacted them late afternoon and received a reply within a few hours. Later that night I discovered the download problem and contacted them again.
I received a reply first thing in the morning with a solution to my problem. So overall time from start to finish was about a day to get everything settled.

I rate a company by its customer service. They get a A+, Five Star rating in my book. Not only are their products top notch, they provided prompt courteous service with genuine interest in the customers problem.

Can confirm this, Martin is very helpful and responses very quick. They are always searching - and finding - a solution for their customer's problems :D
If ypu report issues, they are looking into them and fix it in most cases.
