If you haven't read the older posts in this thread I'm fairly sure the BN B/C30-7 is a stand alone package that will be sold on T&D like the Conrail C36-7.

My grandfather used to be a driver on them he said that he jammed the throttle to full on a hill and the exhaust from the engine was midnight black.
