I need to download RSDevTools so I can try some reskinning and painting but I can't find them on the rail simulator home page can anyone help with this I looked in my program files where britkits says they should be and their not there. I have a master serz in railworks file but when I hit process it says cannot find tool exe. Please help if you can I hope this is not a stupid question.

RSDevTools no longer available. It was designed to be used with Railsimulator.

Yes RSTools is no more. What you are probably looking for is RW_Tools.
