No because the TexturesCMT and USA reside outside of the .ap. I have to add that I never do a full cache verification. (Well almost never) If I have a problem with something I just unload it from the game and then re-aquire whatever I just got rid of.

Buzz456:
I've followed your instructions in the World Editor and the two boxes beside BNSF Chicago are checked but I still have no logos.
Is it correct that the two Textures files should be in System (....Assets\Barnez\BNSF Chicago\System\Textures) or should they be in BNSF Chicago (....Assets\Barnez\BNSF Chicago\Textures) ?

They should be in Barnez\BNSFChicago\System. Iside the system folder should be two folders. One is TexturesCMT and the other is TexturesUSA. The files we talked about earlier should be in those two respectively.

Perhaps the problem is in the file stored in downloads. When you unzip the file, the folder structure is as follows:

Metra_logos_folders_structure.jpg

One 'System' level is leftover.
If we copy / paste as it is, obviously we do not see any logo.

The addresses of the texture files is as follows:
D:\Steam2015\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\Barnez\BNSFChicago\System\TexturesCMT (12 files)
D:\Steam2015\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\Barnez\BNSFChicago\System\TexturesUSA (21 files)

i thought those were supposed to be included with the metra signage zip. i was reading in this thread where you were helping someone saying there were supposed to be two texture folders,a cmt and usa. i did'nt realize they were from 2 different down loads.my bad. i dont think i need those as i live in atl and have bnsf on the side of my engines and cars.i just did'nt have the metra signage which i thought was to be on the cars since i'm in the us.but evidently just the bnsf was licensed not the metra.the more i go on the more confused i get. i hope your with me any way am i missing something? thanks for your help once again tom

The side of the cars and the stations should look like this. If they don't we can walk through what's in the wrong place.

Well, that sounds too easy to be true ... and, indeed it is, since the only files available in Assets>Barnez>BNSF Chicago are BNSFChicagoAssets.ap and BNSFChicagoAssetsSystem.ap. As the broccoli said to the carrots, "Steamed again!"

Okay, okay, I straightened that out with RW_Tools. B--U---T: still no BNSF logos after installing the supposed fix. Wassup?

tom my problem was the second systems folder and a folder called metra signage n logos.it should be \steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\Barnez\BNSFChicago\System\TexturesCMT i think you being in italy you will also need the usa textures zip file.i'm not sure what you were doing with rw tools tho,you should have just been extracting the metra signage zip into barnez\BNSFChicago.which would have errantly given you barnez\BNSFChicago\metrasignagenlogos\system\system\texturescmt.when all your supposed to have is barnez\BNSFChicago\system\texturescmt.in your case i think you also need the usa textures after the cmt ones because your abroad.also you have to have barnez checked in the list of asset providers.hope this helps

Thanks, Tom (no, folks, I'm not writing to myself). Actually, I'm back in Tennessee (not necessarily in the States) again, but your explanation finally helped me understand this situation and I do have BNSF logos on the Racetrack route now. I'll save your message for reference when I return to Cortona next year. By the way, checking barnez as an asset provider wasn't necessary.

Grazie mille.
