Since I already own both US routes that come with 2016 it says if I buy it I won't get another copy. What I want is the UP Turbine, Is it worth the price I believe I would have to purchase the game again at 38.00 USD just to get the Turbine....

This is not accurate. It asked me to sign up for the rewards program the first time I opened 2016 and all I have so far is the free update.

It is a much updated or enhanced Sherman Hill route that you get. The scenery and the locomotives and wagon sounds are improved. That's what you get for free. As far as the NS Coal route I posted elsewhere and continue to explore as soon as I get home tonight.

When I now scroll down and click on buy of TS2016 SE it says I now own everything in this pack.
Train Simulator 2016: Steam Edition: According to our records, you already own one or more of the items included in this package on Steam.
If purchasing for yourself, you will not receive an extra copy of:
Train Simulator 2016
Train Simulator: Sherman Hill Route Add-On
Train Simulator: Norfolk Southern Coal District Route Add-On
Train Simulator: West Rhine: Cologne - Koblenz Route Add-On
