Rolling Stock Downloads

Unread postby JasonBurtonBabcock » Thu Aug 04, 2016 10:44 am

Hello all, i need some assistance, i recently purchased TS 2016 and noticed that you can download New engine repaints and Rolling Stock repaints and more. My question is how do you do this with Windows 10 and using TS 2016. I do not see any instructions on how to download this and then instructions on how to use them in TS 2016. I would love to see a video of this or picture instructions since i am not as computer savoy as i once was. I see a lot of nice rolling stock i want to use in TS 2016 but cant figure out how to use them. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. :D

I have Win 10 and use The Edge browser. You just go to the file library, pick a section of what you want, then click the download button. It automatically starts downloading and goes to your DOWNLOADS folder. The files are compressed with zip or rar or 7zip and have to be uncompressed to install. Once uncompressed, you got to your Railworks folder and run the Railworks Utility.exe and install it there. When you uncommpress, you will have a few files, screenshots, a readme with instructions and a file that ends in RWP. The RWP file is what you install with the Utility program.

Eh?

Ok thank you for your feedback, do you happen to have screenshots of how to do this? I seem to have trouble finding the file folders and what not. :(

I appreciate the feedback, if there is any chance to get instruction with a video or screen shots that would be extremely helpful.

Here are instructions for installing the RWP file after you download and UNZIP or UNRAR it.

The file library here is great, pretty much everything will tell you any dependencies required, and if not someone here can probably help.
