Racetrack-Aurora Canada Heavy Crude.

I installed the Canada Heavy Crude career scenario from RWA for Racetrack-Aurora and the issue that I am having is at the entrance to CN yard a popup instructs me to hold at CN yard entrance East and wait for section 2 to be delivered. I have waited for 10 minutes and I can not see any AI train movement to deliver section 2. Any suggestions?
