I see in the Pacific Surfliner San Diego area there's a lot of electrified tracks for the LiteRail. Anyone know if the LiteRail vehicles will be out soon? I don't do Facebook!

As far as anyone knows there are no lite rail trainsets in development. Also, you don't have to have a Facebook to view RSC's page.

Deutsche Bahn BR424 low floor 4 car EMU's fit in nicely, they are red, just the right length for the platforms, have short carbodies so don't look ridiculous on those curves and switches.
Their pantos dont reach the contact wire.

I think those archaic lattice catenary supports aren't right. I suppose something tubular or H-shape profile could be used for a more modern look.

Regarding the light rail, is continuous shuttle service possible with current AI? I.e. have several trainsets complete their short journey back and fro continuously?

Why don't you try making some AI to do that to and fro and let us know?

Thanks for that suggestion, its red and looks very similar to the San Diego lite-rail trains. I am going to try and figure out how AI works and try that!
