I'm trying to find the user manual for TS 2014 could someone give me a hint on how to find it.?

All the manuals are contained in the Manuals folder within your Railworks folder.

There are manuals for all DLC you have purchased as well as the new manual for TS2014.

The manuals folder can also be accessed from the Tools menu under the Settings icon in the top right hand corner of the opening screen.
