Hello Buzz456, the arrow keys make me move around, not zoom in, Im trying to zoom in from the outside, like when you press 8, and its free roam, do i have to hold shift Ctrl?

You can only zoom in the cab with the arrow keys and with the mouse wheel in head out view.

Oh, so i guess there isnt no Zoom feature for Free Roam, probably the videos that looked like they had them, were just video edited

Ya know, this is your first day on here, it has been explained to you twice how to zoom in the sim. If you are going to act like a troll your time on here is going to be very short. Think on this seriously before your next post.

Let's see now on the first day you have already annoyed two of the administrators and reported one of them. Who pray tell do you think you are reporting me to?

Well what it sounded like in his post before this one is that he was acknowledging that there is no on the fly zooming for out of the cab like when using the other views like th #4 or #8 view. A simple miscommunication can get one person thinking the wrong thing accidentally.

So I guess after a new guy jumping on here asking a question, getting two sincere answers from two admins, then making a statement that he guesses that there is no answer is not just a bit of bad manners. Sorry old guys are running this and we still believe in good manners. I will be willing to start again if there was a real misunderstanding here but a word of suggestion that maybe, just maybe a newbie could tread just a little more gently in the beginning.

I mentioned it in Free Roam, not in the Cab.

It doesn't matter if its Free Roam or Career Mode, the zoom will behave the same way in all locomotives in all scenarios. Its part of the game engine.
