NKP Berkshire missing from steam?

Today I was going to buy the NKP Berkshire for only 4.00. But I can't find it today. It said sale ends 7/21/13. Does anyone know where I can find it on steam? It can be there one day and gone the next.

Some of the DLC 'hides' from time to time. For example, right now, the only way to find the RS11 is to search for it by name. If you click DLC for TS2013, it is not on the list.
