If it ever gets done I'm going to fire up. Presently doing the stupid computer D/L trick watching it go.

You can look in the downloading folder in steam while downloading. Mine was all for Marias Pass, all in the RSC folder, nothing in the content folder.

Only difference I see, is larger text in the IM window.

It's strange you guys mention this. I don't own Marias Pass YET, but was expecting at least some kind of update.

So low and behold I see at a glance that a big update had started. But I paused it and shut off my computer...expecting to download the rest today. Well talk about weird. Turns out my tired eyes read it wrong...... a huge update was actually coming in for my TRAINZ 12!! Because on the Steam list of games they right next to each other alphabetically, a quick glance had me assuming it was Railworks. Especially since I read this thread when it was posted and shortly after I see a big update being done.

Who would have thought Railworks and Trainz would release a big update on basically the same day. Just weird! !**duh*!!

So now I gotta find out what this large Trainz 12 update is about. It's the only update I can recall ever having for it since I got it 75% off on a Steam sale almost 6 months ago.

The update is to SP1. It will turn your Trainz 12 into a steaming pile.

For us non-Steam Trainzers it was voluntary. It is a truly dreadful update.
