New NEC repaint available: NJT ALP 46

Its now real! For your NEC, I have repainted a BR 101 and made it into a New Jersey Transit ALP-46!

All of what you will need and need to know is within the ZIP file. Standard and Free Roam Scenarios are included as well as links in the PDF for other NEC repainted equipment (will be needed for the scenarios).

Why dont you upload it here? Add it to the community. I just installed a nice new uploading module.

Sounds like a plan! Let me just package everything into one zip for the entire NEC repaint collection.
