3rd Generation K5LA

I'm wondering if there is a 3rd Generation K5LA available for the P42DC or if anyone would be willing to make one? I really like the way the horns on these units sound and it would be awesome to have in TS2013. I know many of the remaining content builders are a bit busy, but hopefully someone could work on this in the future. Also, do any of you know of a route that could be used to simulate the Midwestern higherspeed trainsets? I find it to be the most interesting Amtrak service in the country. Who would have thought that 15 years later that P42DC's would be running in 'power-car' mode at 110mph? I would love it if RSC made this for the sim. And hopefully the rumors or talk that there might be a new P42DC is true.
