So can I buy this just to get Sherman Hill, London to Brighton and Munich to Augsburg? I think I did this before to get Donner Pass but I'm not sure.

When TS2013 arrived, existing customers could buy TS2013 again to receive the extra routes at the lower package price, Steam would just ignore the fact that you owned TS and just download the routes you didn't already have. I don't see no reason why this is any different.

I hope they have the DLC 75% off eventually, I was excited when I opened Steam this morning to see TS2013 75% off only to see the DLC was still only at 50%

Sherman Hill and London to Brighton both interest me, but what I really want is the K4...

I bought the deluxe version just to get Sherman Hill. Don't think of it like re-buying TS2013, think of it like buying three routes for $13. You're gonna need Sherman Hill eventually because it's pretty much going to be default for everyone soon and you'll need it to run freeware routes.

I wish I'd gotten 2013 when it first came out. I'd rather have the Isle of Wright and NEC then Munich to Augsburg that the deluxe version replaced them with. Nothing I can do now.

I got it, as you all say it ignores the fact you already have TS2013 it just downloads 3 routes for 13$. Good deal.
