The upgrade is a separate DLC.

If you have version 1 from IHH then you have to buy version 2 that has UP in the name now and is no longer IHH. You can however keep the old one too. If you bought it, it will always be in your DLC.

You assume right. Both now have UP in their names. And both are in the RSC folder not the IHH. So that means old scenarios will not work with the new engines, unless you swap the new ones in to an old scenario.

I guess they can't give everything away for free. We have gotten all the updates and upgrades for the game for free. No one else is giving that stuff away. Now they are revamping old trains and charging for them. Also everything is 50% off for Christmas. That will get you both for the price of 1.

Well then I guess you should spend your 10 minutes fixing your old ones up. Why did you wait so long to fix them? And why didn't you fix them for us a long time ago if you could have?
