RailWorks 3D Rolling Stock Viewer

Hello Everyone,

A newbie question. Try as I might, I am unable to figure out how to view RailWorks 3rd Party rolling stock other than using World Editor. I have RW_Tools with its DDS and TgPcDx viewer function but is there a utility that shows a fully assembled freight car or locomotive in full 3D that would allow me to "Walk-around" the RailVehicle?
