Is there a way I can put my route back to what it look like last week?

What I mean is I messed up on my route and I dont want to start over. Is there a way I can put it back to like two days ago? I need help ASAP
CPU- Ryzen 7 3700x
Ram- Corsair RGB Vengeance 32 GB 3600mhz
GPU- Evga RTX 3080 FTW3
SSD- Samsung 860 evo 500GB
HDD- Hitachi 1TB

Make any backups of it? (which should be a regular habit if you're into route building)

If so, you could install it from the back-up version. Other than that, it might be a no-go if you've made a lot a changes to your route and didn't make any backups of your work as you went.

PS: Are you using Windows 7? If so, there's a feature, if you right-click on a folder or file (so in this case you may locate the folder your route is in.. You might want to make a back-up of it first), then right-click on it, then on the pop-up Menu is an option to "Restore previous versions", then you may have a choice to choose from some dates in which the files within that folder was modified and restore it back to that point (however, this feature may not always have previous restore options for some modified files / folders or if you don't have your Windows Restore feature enabled).

Ya I got a Back up of it before I changed the tunnels which was hard. But I do have Windows 7so I will try that.
