My PECULIAR Issue in TS2013 (even Railsimulator.com hasn't solved it)

I have read in several places that the best thing to do if you had 2012 and are having problems is to rename the railworks folder to something else, then go on STeam and verify the integrity of the game cache to get a new complete download. Then "if" the new deal works you can manually copy over anything you want from the old copy.
