No Raildriver in 2013?

2013 doesn't seem to support Raildriver.

Did the verify cache and all that crap. Checked the path for the .dll and it is right.

*!mad!* !*hp*!

That sorta sucks. Looks like we'll need to wait for P.I. Industries to update their software.

Did you try to set the controls to "controller"?

Did everything I could think of that would do something.

Since the Dash 9's in Donner don't support Raildriver I don't think RSC really cares now they have the X-box do-dad.

Harold

EDIT: Run8 supports Raildriver directly, no third party stuff so it isn't anything to do with the Raildriver guys.

Even re-installed Railworks and Raildriver and NOTHING!!!

I guess if you are making a "game" the x-box do-dad is the way to go.

Is the raildriver.dll still there in the plugins directory?

It is in my fresh from Steam railworks folder but since I came from TS2012 I don't know for sure if new TS2013 user still get the raildriver.dll.

Yes the Raildriver.dll is still there. Some of the buttons still work but none of the levers will work. Looks like P.I. Engineering is gonna have to do an update.

Reloaded Raildriver software as a logical fix, nothing.

Was there from 2012 and didn't work then.

Found this on UKTS since I don't live in the tweet world:

At least I will have more HDD space when I jetison this dog.

EDIT: I don't think Raildriver has any interest in Railworks:

Quite simple solution, really, and not out of reach of RSC's support team.

With the raildriver.dll still working, this means I can continue to sort out how to make my Logitech Gamepads working, like explained in the joystick tutorial threadhttp://railworksamerica.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=6389.

With the new interface customisation and some macroworks scripting, who knows what is possible when you don't have an XBox or prefer analogue controls?

Awesome It works again. Now the light toggle switch does not work though but minor detail. Maybe because the edit that I needed to do to get it to work before is no longer needed but unfortunately I do not remember what that edit was :)

Hi, I haven't downloaded TS2013 yet as I wanted to see what I was letting myself in for. As I have a working RD with my current TS2012, using the beta driver, I'm loathe to give that all up for now. So, I'm going to keep my current TS2012 on a separate drive, and update a copy of it to TS2013, installing it onto another drive. There seems to be some discrepancy, reading various posts, as to whether the beta version will work with TS2013, but my initial problem is that I will still have to adapt the mw3 file to point it to the new TS installation. My question is whether it is possible to have two versions of mw3 installed, each pointing to the different versions of TS? Would it be possible to install separate versions of the PI Macroworks software on the drives on which I have the different versions of TS installed, rather than in C:, and then access the relevant mw3 file by clicking on that version of Macroworks? Any pointers would be most welcome. Thanks.

Just to say PI Engineering have posted an official update for Raildriver for TS 2013. Don't know how different it is from the beta version as my beta works okay with TS 2013 so I've left well alone for now, but it's out there now. Cheers.
