I ordered to Cabforward recently and I checked in package manager success and packager for route problem for missing Donnes Pass route need or ?

I'm not sure that I've read/translated/interpreted your message correctly, but the scenarios that come with the Cab Forward locomotive DLC are, as stated clearly by RSC on the Steam Store site, all for the Donner Pass route. If you don't have this route, you cannot run those scenarios. However, you can make your own to run the CF on other routes. Right now, that requires editing skills, but when the TS 2013 free (or paid) upgrade comes out, you'll be able to use the new feature that creates scenarios based on the engines present in your TS installation.

That picture shows that you do not own the Donner Pass route. You need to own that before you can use the scenarios shown there

What you are trying to do is like trying to drive down abbot street in your town when there is no abbot street. You can get in the car but you cannot drive to abbot street. You need to have the route to drive on before you can drive anything on it no matter what engine you have. When you bought the cab forward you only get the scenarios for the route. They assume you have the route when you purchase the DLC (as it states on the steam page when you bought it). Let me ask you this. 1) Have you purchased the Donner Pass route before buying the cab forward?. 2) Have you driven any other scenario on the Donner Pass before purchasing it?
In your screenshot it shows the routes folder but the only folder in that folder is the scenario folder which tells me you do not own the route.
