Bill Putman's SB-Mojave Route
Bill Putman has taken Thomas Bontempo's original attempt at route building and has created a masterpiece. The Palmdale Cutoff is complete with the 10,000ft sidings at Sulvay,
the juction of the BNSF Mainline and the Palmdale Cutoff at Cajon Pass. Now if you want, you are able to place 150 well cars on the BNSF Mainline coming out of Los Angles.
You are now able to access the cement plants at Cushberry and East Victorville. This is a route that will have something for everyone, switching at the Yards in Barstow, Mojave, West Colton, and Yermo.
Or, counting the ties as you thunder down to San Barnadino from Needles. You can find the route here: http://www.otto-wipfel.co.uk/rw-downloads
Outstanding work Mr. Putnam. Good on you sailor.
