Where can I find a black fence?

I looked everywhere for a fence that looks like or close to the black steel fence at the horseshoe curve, uktrainsim has it but I cant find anyone know where I can find one?

First, I know it exists. I use it on my route.
Second, I always lose in my assets list. If I get some time tonight I will figure it out. Something tells me is was a SAD model.
