I would not do that just yet. I have the same problem as you, and yes I am ticked off. Just be patient and see what the fix is and how soon they actually do something. Don't waste YOUR money on THEIR screw up.

Once you purchase something from Steam, you can not purchase it again, even if you delete it.

Even if you delete it, the next time Steam does any kind of update, or you do a verify game cache, it will download that DLC again.

There is a problem with the Dash9 right now. You're not the only one having this issue, as discussed in this thread viewtopic.php?f=6&t=6061 which I've already posted a link to in another one of your posts about this same problem.

If you read over that thread you will see you're not the only one.

The Dash9 problem hasn't been fixed yet by RS.com. You'll have to wait until they issue a fix.

I also think the SD75 problem you may be having is related to the Dash9 problem.

Maybe someone will jump in and correct me if I'm wrong on that.

Keep an eye on that thread I gave you a link to. When/if the problem gets fixed, I'm sure they will be talk of it in that thread.

Only my D9s are bad, my sd75s are fine, tried them out last night.

No need to be embarrassed Hawk, all of my other stuff is fine, only the D9s are not. I have been verifying the cache once a day just in case, then I go do something else. Tech support also stopped emailing me back. Sent them a screenshot of my DLC list that they requested and that was that.

I'm not really embarrassed. I have been wrong on quite a few occasions regarding RW. !*roll-laugh*!
That just seemed to be the most appropriate smiley for acknowledgement of being wrong. *!!wink!!*
