Does anybody know how to use a scenario using the RW_tools or Packager? Cause I am editing CSX Mainline route to replace old fashion RS RR Crossing to SMM Digital crossing and I would like for ppl to download that scenario patch I'm doing. Can anyone tell me how I can do it?
