RSC facebooked and wrote:Upgraded Dash 9 coming next week! This superb freight locomotive will be upgraded to TS2012 specification including projecting headlamps and rain effects. Now that the Barstow-San Bernadino core route has been upgraded free for all TS2012 users, this is the perfect time to pick up the Dash 9 and enjoy a realistic Californian freight driving experience. The TS2012 Dash 9 features dynamic braking, BNSF and Norfolk Southern liveries, and 5 scenarios. Available next week to buy on Steam, free to all existing Dash 9 owners.

RSC never told us specifically what they were touching, just generalities, but there is enough evidence to justify the theory they touched more than content.
