Cars held in trust

Ok, in the top left corner, usually, of hoppers you will see a rather small but lengthy stencil that states something along the lines of the following:

'car held in trust in accordance with the ICC' or something to that effect.

Can anyone tell me the exact wording or have a picture of the stencil. I cant seem to find anything on the net about it.

Ususaly means the equipment is held by a bank. Happens with real estate as well.

They usually say in modern times "Car ownership subject to a security agreement with the Interstate Commerce Commision." That's word for word, I just got back from railfanning and recall seeing that.
