Unread postby freighttrainwebb » Thu Mar 08, 2012 11:43 am

I had to have my computer hard drive wiped clean and now I cannot remember how to re-install railworks on my computer.

Please advise

Thanks

Got to http://http://store.steampowered.com/
Click on the "Install Steam" green button at the top right.
After installation, provide your Steam username and password.

You can then let Steam reinstall your games.

To add to what Chacal said, once you reinstall Steam, go to Libraries. Right click on TS2012, then click on Install. Mine took over 12 hours, but I have over 14Gb of content. !*hp*!

Do not feel bad I just redid mine and I have over 25 gig But it only took me about 5 hours. The good thing is after doing a clean install I get better fps and graphics look a lot better.

Steam doesn't seem to be downloading as fast as it used to for me. I used to get 640Kbps, now it's only half that.

Wish I could say it's running better, but now I get more "SBHH" than I ever got. !*don-know!*
