Will this laptop be able to play Train Sim 2012?

Hello,

I am about to buy a new laptop, and I hope that it will be able to play Train Sim 2012 on it :)

Here are the specs:

Intel i5-2450M Processor (dual core, 2.5GHz with turbo bost up to 3.1GHz)
1GB AMD Radeon HD 7690M GDDR5 Graphics
8GB DDR3 RAM
750GB HD at 7200 RPM

What do you think? It is not a hard core gaming laptop as one of those is out of my budget, LOL, but I hope it will get the job done.

Those specs should be OK for Railwork. Start out on high, see what frame rates you get on a few different routes, you may want to kink it down a notch. Keep in mind there are two settings tabs: one on the launch screen, then one once the game loads. I think the in game settings make more difference than the other settings screen, you will just have to do some testing.

i dont see why it should not run TS2012 - my specs are very similar and i get great results
