can't find vehicless need help

I need help I've been trying for the last couple of weeks to find rolling stock for scenarios I've downloaded from this site. My problem is that I've never been able to find one.

here is my latest failure: I'm trying to get the scenario gravel order for the IIR route but it says that I'm missing the following car:

In addition the below Rollingstock is required:

Limestone hopper:

Kuju\RailSimulatorUS\railvehicles\freight\coalhopper\limestone\wagon\limestone_hopper.bin

and can be obtained here:

pasting the address into my browser comes up with nothing. I tried looking in RollingStock-April-2010 and it only shows locos. I know if you have the green code you can find it but I don't have it so I haven't been able to find anything.

My question is how do I find something like this.

The file library has been reorganized.
Search this in the RW2 section:
rscarter-Loadable_Open_Hopper
