Edit: although it might be quite hard to actually obtain if you own the base game already...

Posted: Fri Dec 23, 2011 8:23 pmIf you buy it as a gift you can give it away or trade it or add it to your inventory to send later. You may be able to create a second steam account with a different email address then send it to yourself that way.

If Steam is going to have a sale on all DLC, it might be a good idea to make sure their servers can handle the capacity. Geeeesh!
