It appears that they are just dumping their boxed versions of RW2. Better to get $5 than nada.

Actually, They are selling railworks Ultimate train sim it is the first version they are selling with a free upgrade to ts2012, Same one I bought that gave the free upgrade to version 2

This is what I'm thinking as well. Besides, it's a pilot shop? Selling a rail sim?

TrainSim.com is a part of the FSPilotShop.
And yeah, it looks like an older "Boxed" version they have on sale there.

Robbit: I would assume so, as RailWorks is tied into and updated via Steam.
