As this is a default locomotive, I think this is legal, but anyways, I messed up my SD40-2 horn/bell in one way or another, and being stupid I forgot to back it up before..... So could someone please post the default audio file for the standard SD40-2? Thanks!

You should be able to Verify the game cache and get any corrupted files back. See this link on how to do that.
