DLC getting updated silently?

Well I just loaded up a scenario with the SW1500 and low and behold the headlights worked, though pretty dim, also the interior gauges were lit up. Anyone else noticing some RW3 updated dlc?

Just verified files and have no headlights on the SW1500.

THe SW1500 (and most newer DLC) has always had a light 'glow' on the tracks right below the ditchlights, even in RW2. It was just a texture, not a 'true' light. This might be what you're seeing.
