The Track Uneveness goes from 100 to 1000(though I didn't make it to 1000)

Nice video showing off the sway. I love switching to the last car and watching the cars sway around.

I did a run on the Castle Rock route and took at switch at 38mph (40 limit) and I think if I had been standing or sitting in the cab I would have ended up on the floor

How do you change the unevenness of a track? I would like to go into some routes like Ft. Kent and make them a little rickety :D Not seeing how though.

I did a short run on the San Bernadino line in a UP SD70AC and from inside the cab, I thought it was getting bounced around pretty good at 68MPH. I thought I was probably gonna have to slow down a bit.
