Hello everybody

The former German Railroads DLC is back and ready to buy!

The GOOD news - prices are lower AND stock is now dynamically numbered!

Lovely!

For anyone who is confused now:

The developer "German Railroads" doesn't produce for Railworks anymore. There had been disagreement in the team about the future direction of the company.
So, Ulf Freudenreich who has made their Railworks addons left German Railroads to found his own company - "virtualRailroads"
He wants to continue to produce new German content including rolling-stock and routes for Railworks. All existing Railworks products from "Germn Railroads" are now available on "virtualRailroads".

In contrast, "German Railroads" has stopped to produce any further Railworks content. They want to focus on MSTS and Open Rails content.

Hi,

In addition to what has been mentioned above, the packages of virtualRailroads will be shipped without scenarios, BUT a group of scenario developers is already working on a ton of scenarios featuring the new and updated vR equipment. These scenarios will be published for free on vR's website!
!*cheers*!

Cheers,
Michael

My question is the following:

How can I tell which of the Virtual Railroads assets I already own because of German Railroad Packages that I have previously purchased.

Is there someone with enough knowlege of German rolling stock and locos that could do a cross reference of sorts or at least mention on the VR site that this stock was peviously include in a GR pack. I want to purchase any new VR stock but I can't tell if I already have the GR version of it.

Ulf from virtualRailroads already knows about this problem. I think there will be a content-list at the website where you can see which item was in which package!
I´ll keep you updated!

Thanks, that'd be a big help. I'm always looking for new rolling stock and locos.

Here´s the Info i got:

These are the brand new AddOns:
Electric Locomotives:
-BR120
orient-red incl. TEE-coaches ,
-BR151 blue-beige,

Freightwagons:
-Ommi 52

all other addons are included in one of the GR packages, but they will not work with the ne vR-scenarios that you can download from the shop site!

If you have further questions, just PM me and I will get it directly to the developer! :D
