That's what I wanted to hear. !*brav*!

I made a mistake: It's pulled by E7s and not F7s.

Information about the train: http://www.american-rails.com/city-of-new-orleans.html

And here the matching song:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m2woV2_25SU&feature=related sung by Johnny Cash riding aboard the train
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=94AF_-RIl0E sung by Willie Nelson (longer version)

(In my opinion the best railroad song ever made and one of my all time favourites.)

OK< Those are E8/E9s but I'll bet there were matching E7s...

Yep!

Shouldn't be too bad, RickSan's smoothsides match up perfectly. After the Frisco GP7/GP15 set.

So far, so good...

WIP, trucks need coloring and some details to do. Passenger set is fairly straightforward.

We really need to beg Mr Cowen to give us four digit number boards.

I believe he said that those were coming in the rest of the E/F series upgrades. !*cheers*! I'd like to see him add an E8/9 to the E series as well.
