Does anyone out there have the "Severe Storm" weather blueprint? It is called for in the "[PTM]Late_LogsSW1500v2" scenario for Portland Terminal Route. If so, where did it come from?

I think that's in the file library here in Tom Boswell's Weather-seasons package. To find it, go under Mish files for 2009, and should find it.
